Cloverlea Land Surveys, Inc. is a licensed professional surveying company specializing in residential boundary, floodplain, and minor subdivision surveys.
We also perform engineering topographic, construction stakeout, and ALTA commercial settlement surveys.
We have the knowledge, experience, and equipment to deliver your survey project on time and within your budget.

- Is your property located in the 100-year flood plain requiring flood insurance? We prepare FEMA Flood Elevation Certificates that, in many cases, can save you money on flood insurance rates.
- Are you considering a subdivision of your property into 5 or less lots, or trying to sell off a portion of your property? We perform minor subdivision surveys and plats in accordance with MD State and local County regulations.

Our History
Cloverlea Land Surveys was founded in 2005 by R. Winfield Vining, PLS - bringing over 35 years experience in public- and private-sector survey & mapping, technology implementation, and project management.
